While a lot of your complaints are more opinion than fact, it's kind of true. Perhaps there should be a review button near the top of the page? A button like here, maybe: Or perhaps the review should be here to make it more accessible:

Do you want review by chapters? And how is the overall calculated. Overall chapter overall? This might work (or not, even in theory), but in practice no one is going to rate.

There's nothing to clarify. It simply means that you have to be 18+ to consent, meaning that no matter what, there isn't consent if there's a child. Any sexual content that does not abide by it, meaning not 18+ is not allowed. You must abide by 18 years.
