Recommendations Stories whose main character resembles Tommy Wisseau

Honestly, applies to a lot of novels. Almost any novel here. Actually, people should try reading in his voice. Just like reading dialogue and using Christopher Walken’s voice.

    Newbie asking for review

I don't think reviews here carry as much weight as other sites, and readers are quiet overall. You just need to post. If readers like your story, they'll follow. Leave author notes at the bottom of your chapters. Maybe someone will respond.

    Stories that have scarred you.

I remember as a kid watching “Horror Express” and it scaring the shit out of me. Whenever I woke up to go to the bathroom at night, I couldn’t make it down the hall. It’s kind of funny now, though.

What's the point of gender bender if it never matters?

In most of the gender bender fictions I've read, it appears solely for world settings where women rarely fight or adventure. It's a way to explain or exaggerate how underestimated their character is. A typical scene is the young, impossibly beautiful mc walks into the adventurers guild and...

Any insecurities you authors have about your novels?

My biggest insecurity is the flow between sentences and paragraphs. Although I line edit, use speech to text software, and add transition words whenever possible, I never feel my flow is adequate when reading other works.
