    Don’t, things may be bad and get worse, but there is much more left to do. Focus more on yourself and less on the outer world, and if need be don’t be afraid to call a hotline. I hope you feel better soon.

    Every time one of those thoughts come back, try pushing it away and distracting yourself with something. As long as you refuse to entertain them they will fade. It's inevitable. It's the nature of our minds.

    Also, I have to rant a bit on my own, because I really hate when people use therapy as an insult.

    There's absolutely nothing wrong with going to therapy and many people go for various reasons. That doesn't make anyone crazy or mental or any other pejorative adjective. Taking care of your own mental health and trying to be better is commendable and it's really time to drop the stigma.

    As for the last point, as a good rule of thumb, just avoid everything with children in it, no matter how innocent it may seem. Tho I even saw people going after a show where one character is 36 and her LI is 20, so I'm not sure just how viable it is...
