    Why THE HECK, dont devs use old game-engines to create their games.
    I mean, is there a license on engine of CoD4 or Payday2 or other old games that are CLEARLY STILL GOOD LOOKING and not needing a quantum computer to play them????

    but yeah sad. Imagine THE POSSIBILITIES
    of game devs if they were allowed IW engine. Because or they go crappy graphics, or they use an engine that somehow is "high-gen graphics" but more CPU-intensive than CoD4 despite not that big of a diff.
