Girl moves into an "apartment" (seems more like a house with a bedroom being rented out) and finds out the landlady is a lesbian. Being the bubbly cheerful girl she is, it doesn't really bother her, but what will happen when the landlady develops feelings for her and starts coming on to her?
i started to think, that just an average person with no conflict or tragedies to start the story, makes a much better protagonist than a lot of novels i encounter.
there's just so much worse and repetitive shit, the average and bland of them became something fresh and creative to me. how ironic.
