    The farm-raised ones taste a bit too bland because of it. I mean, it still tastes like a premium breakfast but... I dunno. If witches like me could be content with just farm-raised ones, you'd not have so many cautionary fairytales.

Senior witches' blood is a precious commodity due to its rarity (both because a rare witch survives past intermediate level and because rare senior witch still has a body that has blood) but I don't like the taste of lingering resentment and curses.     But it's too, how to put it, straightforward. Cattle from mediterranian breeds tend to have it, that's why I prefer breeds from coasts of the pacific. But those have an annoying tingly aftertaste of suppressed sexual deviancy and a hard smell of late evening sake. You really can't win with them globally, so you have to hunt down the few lucky vintage bottles from good harvesting years.
