When it comes to blood, there are various ways one could go about preparing and dissecting the flavour. I personally like pure and simple ones, though hints of depth are always appreciated.
This one... I quite like it, although it does not entirely suit my palate. But objectively, it is a lovely little collection for those who know how to appreciate culinary art.
I would, however, prefer something with less of that "I worked hard and saved money, then my dad died and I became a millionaire CEO of an international company" oomph, if you know what I mean. Something with less of that "I bought a tropical resort in my gap year to find myself" energy.
