Dumb hero/villain idea:
The Catfish.
It's a sentient catfish with the ability to shape shift into people. He Catfishes people for fun only to reveal he is in fact, a literal catfish. Loves cosplay, bread, and makes money by streaming fishing games. Is also a devout Mormon for some reason.
