What is your sleep paralysis demons name?

There is no demon just this horrible feeling of not being able to breath properly and pins and prickle like sensation in my limbs. It's like I'm at death's edge

If you have your phone @Conqueror_Quack . The simplest way to check would be to use a home sleep test app. Do it.

Do you choke at night?
Is it pain at night?
Any inflammation on the wrist/extremities?

Hm… how long has this persisted? Did it start to happen after you got meds?

If those meds do that, you should probably return to the doctor and not listen to online advice from suspicious characters like me.

True, but also thanks to people like you, recommending to see doc and/or giving tips, are sometimes a god send.

This is why mixed meds and mixed messages are bad

I was happily meme-ing and then realized I was an adult. I don't think I grew internally older after my "specific years".

I do recommend seeing a doctor once in a while like me.

I understand some places may not have easy access to medical care, I am a huge proponent for rural online medical services for such non-emergent cases.

Doesn't hurt to see a doctor to make sure you're okay.
