I'm feeling a little sleepy, I just woke up though, I guess I'm really not good at being 100% as soon as you wake up.

Have you tried the stretching method? After you wake up, do some proper stretches on your body.

First time hearing it, I'll give it a go and see how it is :blobthumbsup:.

Edit: @Anonjohn20 not bad it got me to 80%, even a little warm now well except for the fingers and that.
