First time hearing it, I'll give it a go and see how it is :blobthumbsup:.

Edit: @Anonjohn20 not bad it got me to 80%, even a little warm now well except for the fingers and that.
You could get that other 20% by following up the stretches with exercise (I'm too lazy to do jumping jacks and/or crunches just after waking up) or with cold showers (I don't like suffering; I keep my water in boiling lobster mode).

I don't think I could live without hot showers too. As for exercise maybe another time, already moving around now.

Indeed! How can you be certain that your clean if you aren’t as red as a lobster by the time your done-nyah!
Well, the cold ones are supposed to be good for your health, hair, and skin; I'm just too much of a wimp to endure it for too long.
