  • There is something extra I did add though, which plays into the lore more. And that addition to the main was Countdown Counters.

Needless to say, the Countdown to Ruin was established from stages 1 to 10.

However, from that point on. After meeting some insane conditions, ruin would come. The addition takes place at stage 9. When after gathering 3 Countdown Counters, they would enter into their Fallen state.

And once they gather 3 more Countdown Counters, they get access to their strongest ability in response to an execution level or higher that is used on them.

Those counters are gathered when they either devour an enemy’s attack. That or if they are hit, they devour part of it creating one counter.

This maintains, that using anything against the main merely makes the battle worse for the opposer. :meowsip:

Essentially speaking, it is a literal countdown to their enemy’s ruin. :blob_popcorn:
Welp, for the Fallen Queen addition. I have edited 5.7k words(four parts).

Have around 19.2k words left to edit. Plus, made one more Bonus Scene.

Have quite a bit to go still. :blob_blank:
Ya know, I feel this dialogue I wrote is probably a good question.

Basically, the world is in hell. Everything finally resolved, the characters are good. And one person asks.

“Do you people just get away with destruction?”

    Pretty much. :blob_popcorn:

Things somehow turn out fine after all the madness. ?
Well, finished the DMC Netflix one. And, well. It is okay at best, if it was its own thing. Though, as a DMC adaptation, it is pretty bad.

Do I recommend it? If you can look at it as its own thing, you should find it okay.

As a DMC? You’re much better off watching the 2007 version.

Animation mid, story mid(also weirdly political in a way). Characters, bottom of the barrel. Build up? There is some, but pretty mid.

The show over all is very mid to underwhelming. It really felt like they wanted to do something else, but had to use DMC.

Also, same ol mistake they make. Making the main character feel secondary to another. Everything kinda felt detached.
While I think the 2007 version is miles better. Gotta admit, this scene was pretty funny.

This is a long story. 12 parts in, and still have three more scenes to write. The battle between the main and second main, and then the final battle between the main awakened and their past incarnation. :blob_hmm:

    The final battle:

    Whooosh! Whoooooooosh whooosh!

    Shing shing shing! Shing!

    BOOOOOOM!

    *More explosion sounds*

    Slash slash! Sha Sha Slash!

    *Trips*

    "Ahhhh!!!!!!"

For around 7k words, the past incarnation took hold of the main. And within their presence is a raging storm that crushes everything.

It is really the first time you see them truly unchained. They are unaffected by most things, and all limitations are removed.

Each attack they use is critically devastating. :blobsip:

Though, this does provide the opportunity to really answer a long held question directly. Which is pretty clear, as it is linked to the main’s nature.

Anyway, it answers directly on why the main does not typically use magic. As it is highly destructive. Ya know, right when they go to sink a kingdom. :blob_popcorn:

Magic contradicts with their nature, hence it is not typically used. And you see their true destructive power in the later stages. :blobsip:

In the form of their execution level abilities and higher. ?
There is also a bit more I managed to put in. During this story. The main loses access to one of their most powerful weapons. As it disappears from their use.

Signaling that they are so much of a threat, that the weapon prevented them from becoming an even greater threat. As this weapon holds the potential raise an entire army and worse.

Not like it matters too much, since the main literally brings a storm passively in their fallen state, crushing everything.

And limits are removed in this state. :blob_popcorn:

They are also immune to most attacks. :blobsip:

Huh…I’m really cranking up the insanity on this one. :blob_blank:

Their strongest ability also got an upgrade. Which has considerably less steps and requirements. :blob_hmm:
So far wrote about 11k words. The last section is gonna be pretty long. Since it includes 7 longer scenes, a battle between the main and second main. Then the final battle between the current main awakened and their past incarnation. ?
Val has the bestest idea ever. After the main’s Fallen state is introduced, it will likely never be seen again. :blob_popcorn:

To be fair, it isn’t an unbelievable thing. The Fallen state is a direct contradiction to the lead, as it is something they despise. Yeah, gonna use that as the excuse on why if anyone asks. :blobsip:

But yeah, real reason it probably won’t be seen again aside from very insane situations. Is the most important part, in this state.

All limitations from their execution level abilities, lower and higher ones no longer applies(EX: Arcane, ACE, etc). It is literally hell on earth. ?
