    Hey, what is the biggest difference between Story Feedback in the forum for Authors and Latest Chapter Discussion in the forum for Readers? Just the people who check them out or what?

    Story Feedback is meant for authors who want critiques for their story as a whole or specific parts of the story. Usually the feedback they receive is based on the first few chapters, maybe even the cover and synopsis.

    Latest Chapter Discussion is to, you know, discuss the newest chapter for a story. Although I suspect this forum is here because of NovelUpdates? I'm not on that site so I'm not sure.

    Story feedback is usually for review by other people, or for someone offering to do reviews on submitted stories.

    Chapter discussion is usually a thread by the author for people to discuss whats going on in it, but isn't really used much despite its existence. Not enough readers on forum.

    Story Tags. They really required?

    I don't believe this question warrants a post because of how stupid it is, but if I don't really care about exposure, should I bother with tags?

    @Hoshino Thanks! Referencing laumy, my concern is about "wrong tags." What if a tag is accurate overall, but the theme doesn’t appear until much later? For example, in a 500-chapter story, if the tag isn’t relevant until chapter 100, early readers might feel misled; even if it dominates the rest of the 400 chapters.:blob_sweat:

    Use popular tags(like the yandere tag) if you want more traffic to your story and that is only if your story has that element, even If that appears like 100 chapters, then its okay as long its apart of the story. Its your choice if you want to pick the one that will appear 100 chaps later, or just the ones that are relevant now.
