I must admit, 2024 has not been kind to me. And it still is.
I'm just holding on to my sanity because I don't want to go down without a fight. And I gotta be strong for my mum, who's a cancer survivor. lol

This community would be so much nicer if we can just set aside our inflated egos and get along with each other. But no, we got this "I am right, so listen to me" attitude and we don't even give thought to the perspective of others. World doesn't revolve around you, bud, even if you got a few rah-rah boys/girls because of your novel.

Look at what I found in my digital 'baul' (Filipino for old treasure chest). The three unofficial SH ladies. lol
Well, if anything, I'm also about to begin writing V19 (and in a time when paperwork are piling up...lol). However, to fully get me started, I have to deny myself the satisfaction of actually writing what I set to do, and create another (2nd book) cover for the Ballad Series.
Also, I'm done with the cover, but not the manuscript. Lol
This one's for the third and final part.
Prolly you guys already saw this, but I 'remade' the cover of the Ballad of the School Hallways. The original PSD file was accidentally deleted, along with other files, three years ago.

Afternoon temperatures got so hot we have to suspend face-to-face classes till it goes down a bit (est. for the rest of April).
So yeah, means I got more time at home.
In case you don't know, I just finished updating the entire Volume 18 of my work online.
Now, I really have to get my Volume 19 started...though I still have time to do my remaining commissions. -
