Start with some short stories!I happen to be a really impulsive person, and I happen to find it really hard to keep an an interest in anything I write. Can someone help?
I have a suggestion that I hope will be useful. This will only help if you are serious about writing. Take thirty minutes each day (or less if you like) and dedicate it solely to writing. Same time, every day, no excuses.
IF thirty minutes is too much, then start with less time.
what do you think?
Short stories are fun. Then, you could either try to connect them and subtly world-build or just use them as practice.I happen to be a really impulsive person, and I happen to find it really hard to keep an an interest in anything I write. Can someone help?
Listened to the music, it helped a lot. Also, tried to write things according to your mood or ideas, just started writing first. The impulsive part would naturally kick in and made your hand flew like the river!I happen to be a really impulsive person, and I happen to find it really hard to keep an an interest in anything I write. i can totally relate to you, same thing happening to me.... You need a person to tell u to continue writing kek. XD Or it's likely not the right plot for you? Or not perfect enough or so?I happen to be a really impulsive person, and I happen to find it really hard to keep an an interest in anything I write. Can someone help?

I am really ADD, I can suffer the same issue, writing has helped with my PTSD, to help myself I write a bunch of things all at once. I also play multiple RPGs at once too, cause somethings things annoy me and I need to walk away, so I focus on something different. As I work on something else I get new ideas for what I was working on. Also sometimes just taking a break helps.

Thank you, I notice in life sometimes we get caught up or tripped up by something, or rather very tunnel vision with our ideas your thoughts, sometimes you just need to step back and realize you are only looking at a small section of the whole problem or wall.Thank you for sharing. \o/
Good advice.
Maybe try an RP story? I've had friends who lack motivation try out RP stories. So basically you just RP with another person and then edit and fill in the plot for the story afterwards or something like that. I think writing with another person definitely keeps you motived and responsible for your writing!I happen to be a really impulsive person, and I happen to find it really hard to keep an an interest in anything I write.
