I personally don't like Marmite but that's not surprising considering it's slogan is usually: You either love it, or you hate it.
It's very similar to Vegemite but made in a different way. I've never had Vegemite, though.
As for the rest, I like them all except for the kidney in the pie.

You can do a lot with xylitol/maltitol/erythritol. You can even buy powdered erythritol online if you love icing like I do. It's expensive, but if you only bake treats on occasion, it's not so bad. For brown sugar, there are substitutes as well, but since that's way more expensive, I take regular erythritol and add a little imitation maple flavor.Would love some dessert, but yeah, diabetes happened.
However, who says dying with a smile on my face isn't great? Would love to try your suggestions. ?

Yesterday, I made a pumpkin pie with an almond flour crust and used some powdered erythritol to make a cream cheese icing to top it with. By the way, the first recipe that popped up online called for way too much sugar in the icing, so cross-compare recipes. I now have a bunch of cream cheese icing with too much erythritol in my fridge that I have to dilute with more cream cheese in order for it to taste right.

Ours would be soy sauce, vinegar, spices and pork/chicken.Well we peruvians have specific foods that are well known internationally but generally speaking any food prepared here taste waayyy better then their foreign counterpart, I don't say it because out of arrogance but because I traveled to so many countries(europeans) with high expectations and when I tasted their prized food it was really underwhelming.

We got the garlic, oregano (optional), onion and laurel too. As for the meat, we prefer to cook the stomach part of the pork, or chicken meat and egg for our adobo.Maybe you have them,
