Hi guys, I am totally not working on my novels (plural if I include porn) right now and am a bit bummed out.
See, we are used to the traditional "Blue Screen" of Status and Stats for a LitRPG and how to earn points. For some it is through murder (EXP), level up (again EXP), skill mastery (still EXP), currency (the first I saw is in 全球高武), picking up stats (from the Stop, Friendly Fire!) so I had tried to ponder on some other methods to gain Ability Points/ EXP/ etc points for the system and displays of them.
Naturally I am trying to showcase a mage and would instead of having the lad just eat books, level up through reading, I have decided to have him gain points through fame.
The problem comes with what I wanted to do with his system display and then how the fame points are displayed as.
Library, for spell books that he needs to unlock, different shelves signifies the level of spells within.
Tower, because there are so many attributes to be found within the magic community, I have plans for the lad to have multiple towers for each individual attribute and within each tower are different levels, if he unlocks an attribute tower and its respective levels, he can use the same attribute spells with more efficiency.
Ps. I had plans to merge the two ideas but felt too annoyed.
Tree, cuz growth and ytf not?
