I'd say that picking what kind of power goes against the story of MHA. Most people are born with completely trash powers. Statistically speaking, we'd all end up with mutations that would ostracize us from society while providing minimal ability to actually be of any use in any situation.

So for me, I want the ability to stop time when I'm in danger and alter my position to avoid or lessen said danger. This ability must have fundamental thinking of its own to distinguish between a vaccination versus a knife stab (so as to not let me experience time stop every bloody interaction) as well as being able to discern (and inform me) potential hidden dangers such as about to be stabbed by a dirty needle or someone's about to cast a karmic based magic that will stop my heart from another country (though by that time, I'll have no way to save myself so gg)
Think of it as Spider Sense but more useful.
