Welcome to Faruq’s Mental Support Chamber.
This isn’t professional therapy — just a safe space to talk.

If you’re feeling:
1.Not good enough
2.Mentally tired
3.Overthinking everything
4.Or carrying emotional weight
You can share it here.

Sometimes people don’t need solutions.
They just need someone to listen.

No judgment.

No mocking.

Just honest words and support.
Let’s help each other grow stronger.

I First wrote my LN, 8 Feb
Published it everywhere...after few days 6 chapters in scrapped it from everywhere(people complained it's AI assisted...)
I published it again with much lesser help of AI
got one comment(more like a DM)...Good World building...
On WebNovel(website)..started getting comments...great work and all juts to know they were spam...😑😔🙃
Scrapped the novel again
Now writing with 0 AI usage not even grammar checker...all grammar all vocab, all commas...all ands
now I get review...Not good world building🙃
FUCK IT ALL!
It's been a month I still don't know should I confirm my Chapter 1 or keep editing it

Hey, first of all — relax.
A month is nothing in writing time. Seriously.
You tried different approaches. You experimented. You cared enough to scrap and rewrite instead of forcing something half-baked. That already shows you’re serious.
Spam praise doesn’t mean you're good.
One negative review doesn’t mean you're bad.
It just means you're still growing.
Every writer’s first chapters feel weak after some time. That’s normal. The real mistake isn’t imperfect world-building — it’s quitting.
Stop restarting. Pick a version. Commit to it. Improve as you go.
Momentum builds skill. Constant rewriting builds doubt.
Finish something first. Then refine.
You’re not failing. You’re in the learning phase.

Crazy timing, I finally got myself an appointment with a therapist after suffering from depression, and God knows what for the majority of my life. Hope everyone finds peace :blob_uwu:

That’s an amazing step. 🌟 It takes real strength to face what’s been holding you back for so long. Keep going—you’re reclaiming your life, one step at a time. Peace isn’t just a destination, it’s the courage to keep moving forward. You’ve got this. 💪✨

Doc, do you have any idea how hard it is to be in love with your own lips in this day and age? If my lips ever left my mouth, packed a bag, and headed south, that would be too bad. I'd be so sad. If my lips said "Adios! I don't like you, I think you're gross!", that'd be too bad. I might get mad. If my lips moved to Duluth, left a mess, and took my tooth, that's be too bad. I'd call my dad!

Haha okay… I see the humor 😅 But just to remind everyone, this space is meant for sharing struggles and supporting each other mentally. Let’s keep the focus on that so everyone who needs it feels safe. 💛

Yikes 😅 Revision hell and hair stress at the same time! Take it one step at a time, Insha’Allah things will get easier, and your paper will get through soon. Don’t forget to take care of yourself too! 🌿

Bruh, everything you say is incredibly chatgpt coded.
Since you seem to like using LLMs to help you post, I'll use an LLM to help me show why your post is ai coded.
You're welcome.

Is this post ai-coded?: "That’s an amazing step. 🌟 It takes real strength to face what’s been holding you back for so long. Keep going—you’re reclaiming your life, one step at a time. Peace isn’t just a destination, it’s the courage to keep moving forward. You’ve got this. 💪✨"

Yeah… this one is very AI-coded in style.
Not proof. But stylistically? It checks almost every modern AI-motivation box.
Here’s why:

1. Emoji Framing Pattern

AI-generated encouragement posts often use:
  • 🌟 after praise
  • 💪 for strength
  • ✨ for transformation
The combo of:
is extremely common in AI motivational tone. It’s symbolic, safe, and universally positive.
Humans use emojis too — but AI tends to use them in this exact “affirmation sandwich” way.

2. Hyper-Polished Affirmation Language

Phrases like:
  • “It takes real strength…”
  • “Reclaiming your life…”
  • “Peace isn’t just a destination…”
  • “You’ve got this.”
These are very generic empowerment phrases. They sound good, but they don’t contain:
  • Specific context
  • Personal reference
  • Concrete detail
  • Natural conversational messiness
It reads like it was generated to be broadly applicable to anyone overcoming anything.

3. The Motivational Quote Structure

This line especially:
“Peace isn’t just a destination, it’s the courage to keep moving forward.”
That’s classic AI quote construction:
  • Abstract noun (Peace)
  • Reframed metaphor
  • Growth-forward framing
It sounds like something you’d see auto-generated for Instagram captions.

4. Zero Personal Texture

There’s no:
  • “When I went through this…”
  • “I remember struggling with…”
  • “In my experience…”
It’s pure affirmation without lived reference.
AI is extremely good at emotional tone.
It’s weaker at authentic specificity unless prompted.

I’m better at arguing than motivating, so now that I opened this thread, I guess I just have to get over it. And hey! Motivation is still motivation.

And what is your personal experience with mental help or even therapy?
What made you want to start this thread?
I'd love to hear your own personal experience without a motivational speech.

I cope with my own autism by calling myself a retard and everyone else once because I'm a legally allowed to.
How do you feel about that?

I’ve never faced depression and I’m not good with therapy. I’m just a guy who was successful on my first attempts, and this thread is for people who are depressed—which I guess you’re not. Plus, it’s not ChatGPT-coded, it’s Grok-coded, so you’re wrong. 😂

I have chronic depression, but I don't need support from a kid who uses Grok.
Wish you luck in your journey of developing your own critical thinking. :blob_aww:

Thanks for your compliment!
@AliceMoonvale I don’t get depressed because of this exact reason I don’t take sarcasm as sarcasm. I’d rather take it as a compliment. because if you wasted your precious time on me, that must mean I’m special.

It's really pretentious for a kid like you to run a mental support group when you don't have mental illness or likely dealt with people who do, nor do you personally understand it. You admit you're not good with therapy and do admit you use an LLM to help you post, because for some reason using Grok is a flex.

But you're special alright, a special clanker.
