Wait, I thought all disputes were to decided with duels? While some may want an impartial witness or judge, are we not missing the forest for the trees if we ignore the dueling law? Back in my day, real SHF users would fight on their own without the need for a lawyer. If we are to do the whole court thing, we must have the defendants duel in a manor decided by the jury. Lawyers are to act as advisors.
For fairness, that manner of duel must be proposed by the defendants, subject to vote by the jury, and subject to veto by the judge. The loser is to be executed by the executioner.
The current form of this court is an embarrassment.
