Which do you prefer, long hair or short hair?

My bangs are long enough to cover my forehead. Scary! I can see Sadako's ghost in the mirror, when my hair isn't combed properly. Lol. How about you?

Ahh I have short hair because my roommates from university said I don’t look good with long hair. I’d love to have hair reach my waist, but I don’t take care of it well enough, and I have too many split ends. Short hair it is! With a little bit of a curly perm to look cuter

My hair is shoulder length. I like it long enough to cover my face, and long enough to tie up while eating, otherwise it's just everywhere. I dislike when it's long enough to touch my ass because I have an awkward, irrational fear of it falling into the toilet, or between my legs in the bathroom, Not to mention, accidently sitting on it, tugging it, or getting it caught on things, really sucks. lol

On s/o's short hair is stupid sexy. Long hair is attractive, and seductive. but anything coloured, or dyed is cute af.

You can do what I do and just keep it braided almost all the time! Then it never goes in your face and you get a lot less split ends! I only take mine down for special occasions

yeah the only way to learn it is just to do it a hundred times haha i could always do it but it took me like twenty minutes, now it takes two. anyway you don't need to, short hair is nice too!

i just always want people to know that long hair doesn't have to be that high maintenance, except of course with all the damn sweeping you end up having to do my trash can always looks like it's got a dead rat in it there's so much hair in there

Long, as annoying as it is to maintain and clean it properly.
I've found out the hard way, time and time again, since I was little, that cutting my hair short always makes me cry and depressed after a day or so.

The last time I cut my hair was in my late 20s, I even tried dying it a cool color, but after just three days, I regretted it entirely and was extra depressed until it all grew back. I hate having it now, but I just keep it in a ponytail 24/7.

On myself? Roughly chin length is when it looks best, but I don't love my hair, I've just found the one style that I can stand and am sticking with it.

In general though? Whatever looks best on the individual, honest. I would have thought that I'd find longer hair more attractive in general, but in practice, short hair can actually be quite flattering on some people, it's a vibe thing.

I prefer long hair in general, and in fact am growing my own out now that I no longer have to worry about normal job stuff or drill weekends with the Air National Guard.

But it's also just that, a preference. The only downside of short hair is that I can't play with it as easily. ? I have grown used to fidgeting with my own hair, and my wife and I like to play with each other's hair.
