The ones that come to mind off the dome is Higgs from Death Stranding (1 but mainly 2) and Shroud from Dispatch, those are the two I've been thinking about lately.

I love how unhinged Higgs is, I don't want to spoil much about him but the ridiculous lengths he goes to achieve his goals make him very memorable. And he is so unapologetically evil, he's just so fun.

Shroud has aura.
Shroud is like the intelligent version of Stain that comes from a fan base that doesn't scare everyone away, but I do like Shroud, too.

You know, he was only a proper villain for like, one episode, but I'm gonna add Seto Kaiba to my list. He was the original egoist. The man literally destroyed the laws of space and time just to die and battle someone he knew he couldn't beat, only to revive himself later.
He probably has one of my favourite villain quotes.

Valor (God of Valor) from scribblehub's "Shattered Moonstone". Rumored to actually be a goat casting illusion magic.

Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2. Easy to hate, but still so good to listen to. And dangerous as a character, instead of being all passive the whole time.

I have my list of villains I like but the one that stands out for me is Aizen from bleach. Like I watched the show just for him and lost interest when he *went away*. But now I am back! I genuinely think that Ichigo has plot armor cuz how are you winning against the Goat.
Mr. Smith (The Matrix 1, 2, and 3)
Walter White (Breaking Bad)
Tuco (Breaking Bad)
Hannibal Lecter (Hannibal)
Boyd Crowder (Justified)
Princess Azula (Avatar: The Last Airbender)
Billy Bob Thornton (Fargo TV show)
I hated Walter by the end of it for what he did to Jesse which is why I really liked the ending. It was brilliant. Tuco is also a legend
He probably has one of my favourite villain quotes.

Another great villain ? ?

The question is in the thread name, and no, your own villains don't count, anyone who isn't currently a villain but was a true villain at some point is allowed, monsters count as long as they've done something that can be considered villainous, name as many as you want. Also, to clarify, it's not antagonists, it's villains, so villain protagonists also count. For me, I'd say I have three.
Gaku Yashiro, Guisarme Valhenvach, and Darth Vader.
Well, there have been so many great picks here, but for some reason not a single person has mentioned the most obvious. He has had many names in many different iterations of fiction, so he certainly counts.

• Satan. Lucifer. The Devil. However you wish to call him, they are all depictions of the same character, though admittedly his portrayal in Constantine [the movie] was one of the best put to screen ever.

And before anyone else brings it up; No, this is not a 'religious' answer. It's got nothing to do with any of that. I'm referring to a character in fiction.

The big reason is probably because nobody had a specific one from fiction they especially loved, and that's kind of like saying "Monsters are my favorite villain", it's not really specific. You did give a specific example though, so yours counts. I mean, there's Satan from devil is a part timer, who you could barely even consider a villain (same series portrays Lucifer as an entirely different character), and I'm sure plenty of other anime and novels have drastically different examples of Satan, so saying Satan is a bit vague.

That's fair.
If ya want specifics though, yeah it's definitely his portrayal in the movie Constantine that wins it for me.

The softer edge to his tone is dripping with thinly veiled malice and a controlled hostility rather than the more visceral (or comical) portrayals.

What about:

The Fog (The Fog)
The Fog (Coraline)
The Fog (Silent Hill series)
The Fog (The Mist)
The Fog (Sleepy Hollow)
The Fog (Alan Wake)
The Fog (Fallout 4)
The Fog (Last of Us)
The Fog (Dishonored)

I'm just sayin.. That Fog guy gets a lot of roles in horror style media.
He probably has one of my favourite villain quotes.

Speaking of villain quotes:

Solomon Grundy,
Born on a Monday,
Christened on Tuesday,
Married on Wednesday,
Sick on Thursday,
Worse on Friday,
Died on Saturday,
Buried on Sunday.
That was the end, of Solomon Grundy

If I must say which I like recently, it is Jack Horner because he hits the right note:
1. Completely unapologetically evil.
2. Has the might to prove and defend his case.

With that logic, Bill Cypher and Evil Morty.

Jack Horner from Puss in Boots 2 made a better representation of the Joker phenotype than Joaquin Phoenix without even trying.

Then again, Joaquin Phoenix's Joker is a sad sad, pathetic man that got bent over ass backwards and only violently sprung back did he found the relief.

I think the god awful what the hell fuck 2nd movie, Joaquin's ass got stuffed again, this time by the cops.

Exactly, completely different from the Joker phenotype; it should have been its own IP.
