Rank E can be a group quest? :blob_evil_two:
It appears so...
:blob_hmm: :blob_hmm: :blob_hmm: :blob_hmm: :blob_hmm: :blob_hmm:

Actually... this is a great revelation. CONFLICT! DRAMA!!
There could be factions amongst the adventurers!
The ones that completed it on their own and those that did it as a team! And somewhere in between are the Tamers!
AH! ah! AHhhh!
Solo promoted can look down on Team promos. Think of the discrimination! Think of the stories we can tell!!

Ah----:sweating_profusely: NVM
I just realized why no matter how hard I try I can never reach those easy go lucky shounen stuff and always fall down to the grim seinen tropes....

*endeavour to try harder, for light hearted stuff*:blob_cringe:

After the light heated stuff, you can have the grim Seinen trope.

Is Zorian a tragedy in the making? :blob_reach:

I suppose, it not so much tragedy... I just always try to make him work a little more for everything... I mean even the alchemy quest now... I could have had it so some nice and open alchemy teacher was there... but NOPE, alchemists are secretive and don't like to share... :blob_teary:

I actually like the idea of our characters possibly falling into such factions.
It makes it seem more realistic.
It doesn't necessarily mean our characters act like that, but fellow NPC adventurers could.
'-'
I mean, I already touched upon the whole loner vs team mindset of adventurers in my City Guard Training exam.
So who should I start sucking up to is applying for mod? :blob_evil:
*Liana sucks on you, draining you from that place pumping hard with blood*

I had no easy quests outside of town. Drev returns from every such quest either after a hard fight or after fleeing or both. And he is constantly out of Aether reserves >.>

At least your character has actually left the city.

Oh, I have a question pertaining to NPC levels:
The NPC training Liana in her weapon training quest is someone who is an adventurer on a long-term contract with the guards.
I imagined him as having already achieved E-rank but wasn't sure if you'd all be fine with him being a D-rank, or not.
'-'

I mean...I imagine someone with enough skill to be able to train someone would be higher and have more experience than a noob adventurer.
'-'

People's thoughts?

Well a D-rank adventurer is an experienced soldier. So if he had a lot of actual practice during his work with the guards he can be considered as an early D-rank

I mean I think there's plenty of reasons for your npc to quit with what the D rank exams are like. And, it can be more or less written off that he quit the adventuring life for a more stable life and pay. Considering what he would've to have had to went through to reach that rank.

Oh, yeah, I've totally forgotten what's needed to be done to reach D-rank >.>

Yeah, I planned him to have been working as an adventurer since he was a teenager and now he's about 24-26 years old.

Yeah, he is going for the stability, but still isn't 100% committed to taking that plunge - hence doing a long-term contract with the guards.
It seems fine to me~

Ooooohhh, nice, I have it too~
Although, didn't finish yet. I should be around the end, just-- gotta level up, likely, since I am underleveled and under-equiped since the start of the game. Though, I am too lazy to do that. Don't wanna grind. <.<
(I will need to grind one day though...)
Oooohhhh a DQXI~~~~
I’ve bought on release but never got the time to play it.
Then again I have other games I haven't played.
Something similar happened to me, I got it for my birthday in 2019. (January)
I played a few hours, stopped because it was lagging too much-- and started playing again in late 2019 even though I didn't change laptop in the meantime. Of course, I am still lagging on DQ.

As for other games to play-- aside from the too many free games I've obtained from Epic Games...
I have a few I guess, (still gotta get all achievements in Bastion and Transistor) such as Pyre and Hades. Also few I cannot name because I can't tell without checking.
(Example: Tales of Maj'Eyal-- dunno what game is that... But it has been lying in my game library for at least 2 years. Somehow.)
