the... roads aren't that paved and straight, so your anal gonna have a field day.
Bicycles were invented when most roads were dirt tracks or cobblestone, and there's still a reason they caught on; you can ride them across fields, too. Anything a wooden-wheeled transport coach or cart could travel on can be handled by a bicycle. I mean, people been using horse-drawn carts and chariots for thousands of years, and the modern bicycle uses metal axles and flexible tires that are way more durable, much faster on less power due to mechanical engineering (gears), and don't require a horse.

But I could totally specify a durable-wheel 10-speed off-road bicycle; there's definitely no reason to take a racing bike, for the generator either!

I'd bring the Encyclopedia Britannica, 15 edition, cause I then get to read it and cry about all the things I'll miss from this world. Plus the books can double as bludgeoning weapons (or tinder for the index and "book of the year" sections).

Nuclear carrier.

Oh nevermind that is hard to carry. Perhaps something to ferment potatoes into a certain drink because sailus brought a potato.

I'd bring an art book. It's nice for memories, but I could also sell it if I wanted. Depending on what era I am that kind of paper/book could sell for a lot of money.

Anything that needs electricity, internet, or ammunition is immediately out of the question. If I can't use it or it has a very limited amount of use, there's no point to it. On the other hand, the people of that world have probably never seen a yoyo.

If its given an infinite supply of whatever it needs to function like infinite bullets for a gun or infinite electricity and internet for a phone then id choose some sniper rifle and go work as an assassin for hire

If not then it depends more on what kind of world it is, worst case scenario nothing from here is good for combat, i ask for books on blacksmithing, i make a living using haha reincarnator knowledge

A solar-powered waterproof smartphone. At least I could take notes and have access to a calculator. And to any offline content the phone already had saved.

Depends on a) what world I'm being sent to, and b) how exactly the limitations are defined.

If the world is at least bronze-age in terms technology, and the solar-powered waterproof smartphone is an option, I'd copy TsumiHokiro's suggestion(or a smartphone with solar-powered charger, if we are limited to things that are available in the real world but the charger can be considered an attachment and therefore part of the smartphone).
If I'm being sent to a stone-age world, and/or if there is no way to make the smartphone last more than a day, I'd rather have my Leatherman's tool.
Or, if the world is at least medieval but is full of monsters, give me a sword. One that is sharp and reasonably sturdy, but doesn't weigh much.

An idiot's guide to electricity, car-building, and green energy.

Should be easy enough to carry around and hit people with a good book
