I'm sure Leon'll be extra firm as he teaches many difficult positions while sweating from the exertion.

Hmm, I'm only bringing it up now, because from the perspective of the person transferring stuff from the forum Library to a website Library... it's very tedious to feel like you have to go through to transfer the entries that aren't universal topics... it's just kind of demotivating to have that Library job hahaI totally understand where you're coming from! >.< (I felt like "Isn't this just pointless clutter?" when reading some of the entries there, for one...)
But I don't think there is a good way around it, I think that between losing the chance of other people interacting with NPCs that make the world more vivid, or having some more clutter in the library, I'd prefer the clutter in this occasion.
Maybe just put a note to encourage people to get references from other people's reports before putting things on the library? Or to avoid putting characters that aren't easy for others to interact with?
I actually kind of agree with this philosophy more.Well there is of course the quests. Just have them produce an escort quest so of course that NPC has to be mentioned or you have to deliver something to the NPC. But other than that just try and promote npc's to people and collate the guys we have and tell people to use them!~
No bad Ohko bad. Only adventurers in registration thread bad Ohko!Hmm, I'm only bringing it up now, because from the perspective of the person transferring stuff from the forum Library to a website Library... it's very tedious to feel like you have to go through to transfer the entries that are never used... it's just kind of demotivating to have that Library job haha![]()

Personally, I would prefer it if people just made their character sheets for their NPCs on the Registration page... but that's just me.

If you're adding an NPC entry to the Library for the purposes of getting other people to use them, the least you can do is talk about them in the Tavern or post a Custom Quest with them. This way, at least you're actively getting your NPC involved with other players. IMO, it's really not that difficult to get the second reference.
I can see that having a character sheet would be helpful, but I'm leaning more towards keeping all the character sheets on the Registration Thread -- regardless if they're player characters or NPC characters.
@GM has a Registration Thread postNo bad Ohko bad. Only adventurers in registration thread bad Ohko!
That is actually mega counter-productive...If you're adding an NPC entry to the Library for the purposes of getting other people to use them, the least you can do is talk about them in the Tavern or post a Custom Quest with them. Hm? I'm not saying that you should control your NPC.That is actually mega counter-productive...
If you start actively controlling the character, people will think that the NPC is your personal NPC that they can't really control or make them act as you feel like. So they'll actively avoid that character, and often times create an equivalent for the same role in order to not step on your character's toes... >.>
Mhm! That's fair!'-'
*points at Julrik's custom quest, Imelda's custom quest, Clive's custom quest, Freja's custom quest, as well as other NPC's who haven't been added to the library yet's custom quests that she made*

That could work~Hm? I'm not saying that you should control your NPC.
The references are great! Like talking about them.
Like the way that Bochi's Shiori is done is great -- the way that she has her own quest -- and lots of people talk about her.
You can also make a reference to Pierre.
"Make sure you say hi to Pierre when you buy your drink!"
And when another player responds in the Tavern, then you essentially have your second reference?
The fact that it is basically a polluted river. Not a methane pipeline.Which is because of...?
GM is the adventurer for the GM account what you on?@GM has a Registration Thread post![]()

I don't really see why it's necessary to keep it exclusive to player characters. Especially since the size of that thread doesn't really matter, and it's mainly only accessed through linking.
To be fair, on the original AG wiki -- people tried to make wiki pages for their own player characters -- but it turned out poorly in the sense that the list was always grossly out of date and incomplete.GM is the adventurer for the GM account what you on?
But that means if I'm looking for something in there like say how Nene was at level 1 and I don't remember the page well I have to look through the entire thing. Of course finding Nene is easy because she's on the first few pages. But what if she was on 50/100! I'd have to either guess randomly or scroll through 50 pages at least to check! Same thing if I wanted to use an NPC and didn't know whose it was or it wasn't in their signature then I have to go looking for their character card through hundreds of pages maybe and you never know how many things will be done.
Whereas if you just have a list of NPC's with a page on their own thing you can just look through all the names and then go and check the link when you find the one you are looking for!
would you be against me making my npc thread just my keep my NPCs in check?NPCs on the Registration page... but that's just me.
You speak as if one could casually throw fireballs near an entire stream consisting of goodness knows what, much of which includes the city's waste disposal, and not have something explode. The sewers are underground. Enclosed. Gases build up. Forget flames, something so much as a spark could blow the whole place up.The fact that it is basically a polluted river. Not a methane pipeline.
Just tell me if you guys are not going to listen so I wont bother explaining.
Personally, I think it makes sense to dump all characters (players or NPC) on the Registration Thread, but however it makes the most sense to people?would you be against me making my npc thread just my keep my NPCs in check?
