To begin with, let's start with a warm-up, we don't want to damage our muscles and ligaments more than necessary.

Let's go from top to bottom. Warm-up of the neck, shoulders, elbow joints and wrists. Then there are bends to the sides to stretch the torso. Lunges to stretch your pelvis and legs, followed by squats and push-ups to feel alive!

It's rather easy, as far as I can tell. Just some slow streaches in different poses. You don't really need to meditate, just think about one thing and that should be enough.
