Title should be relatively self-explanatory but I just want to go into more detail of what I do and do not want. Read some stuff with a lot of angst when it comes to the relationship between the protagonist and love interest recently so when I say wholesome, that doesn't necessary have to apply to the entire novel but just the relationship between MC and love interest, to lay it out better and give some more detail here is a list of what I would rather have and rather not have:
1) As mentioned, I would preferably not have much angst within the relationship, of course drama is important and can be good for couple development but not to the extent that the entire relationship is just entirely drama nor would it make you doubt whether they will still be together in the end.
2) No extremely late romance, this is really up to you on what you define as 'late', however, compared to the first point this is significantly less important. In addition to this, as long as you think the story itself is amazing and worth the read, late romance is fine (however, not preferable) but if this is the case please let me know.
3) Doesn't necessarily have to be romance focused, the romance can be more of a side plot however, it does have to show up relatively often, the best thing would be a good mix between story and romance kind of like in 'Elania, Arachne in a different world' how there are chapters of adventuring/story progression then a few chapters of just wholesome slice of life.
Sorry for the long post and somewhat constricting demands in what I am looking but if you could help recommend stuff that would be great!
