Then how did they manage to wipe humans out?

Then what's even the point?

From what I understand, wiped-out humans don't affect the story at all. You can summarize this 'premise' in the story with two, three sentences. You can take wiped-out humans away, and it won't change a thing. What's the point? You might argue that new ruling species will study humans. Well, why can't they study another different species they wiped out? I don't understand this, perhaps you might elaborate, or I'm wrong somewhere.
For the first one insane power, clever killing weaponry that bypassed human weapons or bring too powerful to bother with human, I don't know it could a number of things.

For the second one that's hard to explain it's more of if you get then you get it type deals. But to understand it's still earth the rules of earth their history and tech will still influence scholars to want to understand, learn and improve on what they did, it won't directly affect the story but it will be a nice extra bit of info for the readers

elaborate
both are the equivalence of fantastical existences.
Reincarnation to the monster is about mc, who is human inside. We got all kinds of external and internal conflicts with these, and blah-blah. Like, mc was a fat human otaku, but now, he is suddenly a goblin, orc, whatever. And the way they do things in goblin, orc, whatever else society is vastly different from the general human society.

From what I understood, the premise here is simply a wish of the OP. Humans don't matter at all as they are wiped out. Which means you can simply substitute them. There are no conflicts in terms of differences in species' behaviors. Yes, there can be a conflict between races of this species(just like in human culture), but it's not as drastic as the monster's reincarnation.

an eldritch horror reincarnated mc. checkmate.
also reincarnated to monster wasn't the best example here. nonhuman protagonist would've been better. i meant something along the lines of a regular goblin in his tribe. hobogoblins, orcs, ogres, etc.

This means that human technologies don't matter.

You know, you mentioned eldritch horrors. I don't understand why they would care about studying humans. But to make it more general. As I said, why must it be humans? Why can't aliens study the culture of the defeated and wiped-out society of anthropomorphic animals who used to rule the world(earth)? What will change in the story?

Some aliens from Mars used: For the first one insane power, clever killing weaponry that bypassed human weapons or bring too powerful to bother with human, I don't know it could a number of things. And wiped out anthropomorphic animals of the earth who had their culture, society, technologies, etc. And NOW: it's still earth the rules of earth their history and tech will still influence scholars to want to understand, learn and improve on what they did, it won't directly affect the story but it will be a nice extra bit of info for the readers. What changed here? What will change if we swap anthropomorphic animals with humans, or elves, or demons, or symbiotic creatures, or whatever else?

A nonhuman protagonist is similar. I completely agree here. And if we exclude humans from the story and have a nonhuman protagonist, we basically get the premise the OP wants to do.

The tech society, people, morality, law way of life work transportation, daily lives will be affected by whatever rules it for example the world will be altered to tailor yo the anthropomorphic animals or symbiotes, you seem to view it as slapping on a new skin but it's not so, nothing will be the same as humans cause they aren't humans.
This isn't just up a new species with basically being humans, some can do that but what I think you mean is will the earth differ and honestly it depends on what the author wants to implement into their world. Since such creatures don't exist we can only repurpose what we have but nonhumanize to fit what we assume the race will use it for hence why I added they learn from humans cause you need something to create something which is why they learnt from humans and switched it up a bit.

Cause nothing will change. It is a new skin. The tech society, people, morality, law way of life work transportation, is a skin. It won't be altered. Do you know why? But I set the timeline way into the future ahead they've already (re)built civilization fir themselves. That's why.

You seem to misunderstand that humans or any other race will affect someone who wiped them out. No. They won't. A species capable of destroying humans: For the first one insane power, clever killing weaponry that bypassed human weapons or bring too powerful to bother with human, I don't know it could a number of things.

They already have technology or magic, or any other bullshit to produce weapons more powerful than humans. There are zero reasons to study something obsolete. And if they have the technology for war, they have the technology to sustain that war. Their society is far more progressed, in one way or another. Imagine aliens capable of invading other planets studying someone who can't land on a moon? Imagine eldritch horrors studying the morality of a human. Imagine demons who can somehow traverse through hell, having some sort of magic, studying human prayers that don't do jack shit.

And lastly, it's fucking genocide. Who the fuck would study someone they destroyed? The only reason humans do so, because there is a disparity at a technological level, and humans are either on par or behind. If you are more advanced, there are zero reasons why you would study your mortal enemy. Cause there is no way that enemy would do anything to you. This enemy is dead. D-E-A-D. But I set the timeline way into the future ahead they've already (re)built civilization fir themselves.

I wonder how a story will go with this plot line with the way of the humans sorta affecting the way the new world order is run by these new beings that rule the world?
Would it just be humans reskined?
If you want the first, the second becomes pretty much unavoidable: Why else would they give a fuck?
Most everything of human culture stops making sense outside of human context.

If they do adapt human ways, I'm pretty sure you could pass characters as humans (with perhaps extremer personalities) if you left out their physical description. And at that point I'd say yes, reskins.

The only thing that would allow for both would be historic interest, but in this case it would be limited to a select few interested hobbyists.
