I have to get more data, but I really think I will just train a model to recognise anime girls face on pictures, to answer this question, because it really seems that "Girls love", "Gender Bender" and "Isekai", paired with cute cover, are worth more than nearly anything else. And no, this is not a sour post, more of a fascination and curiosity.

Serious suggestion- your cover looks nice, but that's for noobs. Make the girl bigger- her face should fill the whole cover, and fill her eyes with some catchy color. Also, change the background to white, while leaving the hair color like the current gradient. Not sure about skin. That's my serious advice for success. Try it for a week and report back your findings.

Not just the cover, I felt like my slow-burn novel doesn't catch much attention. But I have faith in my story, so was like, yeah whatever.
