Ahh here is where you are mistaken! Your cover is "shoujo" cute. Also it's too blurry when thumbnail sized! If you were to browse SH with your phone, you would barely be able to distinguish what is going on in there. The cover we are discussing pops out immediately! If I might suggest something (even though I don't listen to myself) I would suggest croping the image to only show the heads of the 2 women, so about 1/3 off the top, and 10% off the bottom. Then, remove the text- no one gives a shit about it over here.

I find it hard to describe but.. go on any manga website (for the sake of simplicity, let's assume mangadex), select demographics to shoujo (female oriented) and look at covers of the top 10-20 manga. Then do the same for shounen (male oriented). Then look at which one your cover is similiar to more- It should explain

Shōjo manga (少女漫画), also romanized as shojo or shoujo, are Japanese comics aimed at a young teen female target-demographic readership. The name romanizes the word 少女 (shōjo), literally meaning "young woman"

The demographic readers on this site range from "Shonen- Degenerate Shonen" - (Young men).

Your cover looks like the standard ShoJou covers. Targeting young females. a smaller demographic on this site. This site favors girls on the cover who look like they want their ONII-SAN to pet them. A Girl who looks like this :
