It's almost 6 AM, but I'm awake af. Send help!
  1. Let your lips part slightly and make a whooshing sound as you exhale through your mouth.
  2. Then close your lips and inhale silently through your nose. Count to 4 in your head.
  3. Then hold your breath for 7 seconds.
  4. After, exhale (with a whoosh sound) for 8 seconds.
  5. Avoid being too alert at the end of each cycle. Try to practice it mindlessly.
  6. Complete this cycle for four full breaths. Let your body sleep if you feel relaxation coming on earlier than anticipated.

I copied these instructions from Healthiline.com, but I have done it before. You will fall asleep with this....

The best way to sleep is to put down your phone, shut off your computer, get into a comfortable position, and find something that helps you focus. You might think something that helps you focus is bad for sleeping, but it's actually not, since the reason many people cannot sleep is too many things go through their brain, but if you can focus on only one, it makes it much easier to fall asleep.

and also don't listen to any energetic/thought-provoking/dark songs before bedtime.

Read a text book? I guess... they never fail to make me sleepy
I do but depends on subject.
:blob_no::blob_no::blob_no:Close your eyes..... Then fall asleep.
Without a phone, I keep imagine stuff. It's usually around half to 1 hour before I fall asleep.
Work yourself to the bone. Phisical excercise I mean. It works.
I tried this and it worked. The problem is my discipline.
I bet they're reading manga/novels. That little shits always disturb you from sleep XD

No, that has a lot of misinformation. I would avoid anything that's been on the History Channel
Buzzfeed Unsolved Mysteries. The only good thing they ever produced. And don’t watch it for information, watch it for entertainment.
