Aestelle Nocte, Chapter 4.2 just dropped.
The shower scene is being moved to Chapter 4.3, as Part 2 was 4500 words without the 3200 word shower scene, and I think we can all agree that ~7700 words for a single chapter segment is too much, at least for releasing on Scribble Hub.

I'm a bit behind on the writing today, but making up for it now with some mega-sprints.
If all goes well, I should have Aestelle Nocte, Chapter 4.2 released within the next couple of hours.

Quick status update on Aestelle Nocte Chapter 4.
Total Wordcount: 10,136 (Part 1: 4,083, Part 2: 2,622, Shower Scene: +3,215)
Scenes remaining: 2 (Post-Dinner & Sunday Events Summary)
I may need to move the Shower scene to part 3 at this rate, if not to the start of chapter 5 because I don't want it to overwhelm the segment, but also want to be sure to give it the justice and space it deserves.

With the main page down at the moment, and no clue when it will be back up and running (hopefully sooner rather than later), I may end up needing to inadvertently delay the release of Aestelle Nocte, Episode 1: Chapter 4 (part 2) until the site is up and running again if this lasts through the weekend.
I'm still doing the writing, and should still have it ready by tomorrow, even if the release is delayed.

Back to the grind.
Aestelle Nocte Chapter 4 (part 2) by this weekend. That's the goal anyway. Got three days to finish writing, reviewing, and prepping for release.
Currently ~3800 words in Chapter 4 (part 2). Expected by completion: ~5500+

I'm getting back to work on Aestelle Nocte, Chapter 4 (Part 2) now.
I've got a few more scenes to get through before the shower scene, but once I do the chapter will be ready for release.

I've gotten a head-start on the revisions for Chapter 5 of Duskfall while I wait for the poll for Aestelle Nocte's Chapter 4.2 to close.
What I can say for now, is that Chapter 5 focuses heavily on Morrigan, with secondary focus on Bel's activities as they return to Saphria to begin carrying out Lucius' plan, but Morrigan has her own ideas...

As a bit of a teaser for Chapter 4, part 2. I will be including the first shared shower-scene of the story in that chapter, and has a total wordcount of 3,215 words. It's already written, ready to go, and based on my beta-reader feedback, "Steamy as hell without being too much."

Duskfall Chapter 4.2 has been released.
This is the second half of the climax of Duskfall's first story arc.
Chapter 5 (to be released later this month if all goes well) is the transitional chapter into the second story arc of Volume 1.
