People demonize leg work outs way too much, they're just bitches who dont like actually working out (I too am a bitch). The real worst work out is abs. They're actually soulless and make me want to die
Status Update: I live! 
Taking a small hiatus to set up a production-focused Arch Linux rather than a general-purpose/gaming-oriented Linux ISO this time. Missed last Saturday's upload over on the Main SH side of things, but so long as I avoid having to do all of this work every time I'm fine. Learning bash scripting just to automate all this (I HATE TERMINAL THO)
