Everyone knows who their waifu/husbando is, or has an idea of traits that they find attractive. But an even more important question are traits that turn you off.

Let's just focus on personality now, since beauty is very subjective.

My personal anti-waifu would be a hot-tempered, prim person who loses their mind when someone is rude or forgets their manners for a single moment.

Example: "You bumped into me by accident!? Impossible, this is clearly an attack on my life by a filthy assassin!"

How about you guys?

People who are so macho/girly, it feels like they can only be forcing it and you start to feel suffocated just being around them.

Men are prone to that whole "I am the man, I must do X!" shit.

Women tend to start talking about "feminine energy" and deciding for you that you over-identify with your uterus like they do.

I can't escape the room fast enough when those people are around.

Someone who cannot take care of themselves is trouble. You have any idea how disgusting it would be to constantly tell your SO to shower and they don't see a problem with slipping into bed with you (sometimes for more than just sleep)? The biggest turn off for me are those who can't take care of or respect themselves. If they can't do that for themselves, how do you believe for a second they'd care about you?

All extreme character archetypes with exaggerated harmful traits of both genders. For example: yandere (controlling, jealous, might lock you up), tsundere (won't admit their feelings and be honest, will hurt you, will cause damaging misunderstandings), young miss/young master, villain-villainess, schemer -especially who can act and be patient for a long time no matter the pain and negative events to rear their psychopathy at the best opportunity to fuck over everyone

To name a few.

I agree with the others above too.

I should mention that most protagonists themselves that are anti-heroes (the hypocritical, selfish, manipulative, lying, ruthless, cold, sociopathic/psychopathic etc. ones) and cheaters (not open and liars) are characters you must steer away from and shouldn't desire.

I'm not sure how much this applies to fictional characters, but in real life, I really hate people who tell me what to do or how I should do things.

It's not that I don't listen to advice or just refuse to be told what to do. I'm completely fine with it if it's solicited advice or it's in a workplace setting, for example, or if I'm trying to learn something from someone, but when it comes to how I should live my life or what I should play/write/read/watch/believe in, etc I just don't like being told what to do.

And I also am not fond of people who just look at the world in black or white. I don't like simple yes or no, I'm right you're wrong way of looking at things.

Yanderes are cute in fiction but in real life, they are not. I hate someone who always criticize or degrade me, even if they are beautiful it's a turnoff.... Anyway, I just want to say Advanced Happy New Year!!!
