Mordecai: Absolutely (using his current avatar). Even ignoring the ability to just heal himself or cast other spells, he has mastered at least one martial art style in any given broad category, and several variations of the ones that have specialized branches. Can also use chi techniques with any element. And physically he'd register at the top end of strength, speed, and stamina (and what ever other physical stats Tekken uses for the characters).
Moriko: Quite possibly. She can use air, lighting, shadow, and shadow-lightning techniques, is very fast and strong enough that her bow has a 200-pound draw weight, and she can knock and fire that monster smoothly and quickly as often as she needs. (Just a strength feat, not saying she'd be using it).
Kazue: "Eh? No way, I forfeit!" If coerced into participating with sincere effort, and assuming she can still use her magic, then maybe. She's not helpless physically, thanks to both of her spouses insisting on training her, but she's no master of martial arts. On the other hand, her magic involves dream world fuckery and mental illusions, as well as being able to throw a good old fashioned fireball or lightning bolt.
If Kazue can't use spells, then her best attacks are going to be foxfire and claws, and I don't think that's going to cut it here. Given the lineup, we already know that the possible opponents are immune to cuteness-no-jutsu.
