My chromebook mousepad is just like glitching out, it's not really responsive, it's not going where I wan't to go, it zooming in out for not reason.

Do you a mouse you could connect? It would be easier to plug that in than to sort the issue, I think

My chromebook mousepad
Found the problem...

I have a chromebook as well and it has a whole host of frustration inducing issues, including refusing to open docs marked 'make available offline' when I'm offline....

Haven't tried troubleshooting drivers in device manager? Or checking for updates? Disabling and renabling could also help.

If you have a USB mouse, you can try plugging it in to see if it works properly and isn't a mouse issue.

Not sure if there's any other option, but if it's input delay (which your clicks happening after your frustrated taps, which could seem like the pad is clicking on its own), it might be an issue of lag, like computer itself, either due to almost full storage (where the page file is set) or lacking ram (due to too many programs running, probably disable some in startup or lower your graphic settings such as visual effects if chrome has any...)

Well, not a computer expert so dunno. But my laptop is potato so I get similar issues sometimes and those are the ones for me. :blob_pout:
