not really. Dommy implies she is wearing the pants in the bedroom, so to speak, possibly in other parts of the relationship too. It doesn't mean she is paying for everything. Now that doesn't necessarily mean she is into the whips and chains, but she will be in control, whether it is dom acts or just controlling the pace of their lovemaking.

Sugar means she is probably paying for everything. She might want to be in charge, or maybe she wants to be pampered. Or maybe she wants to be a sub.

The 'mature women' harem doesn't get enough love as far as I'm aware.

If you want to include a mature woman as one of the characters in this nature, try to avoid the standard milf archetype though. That might make the story stand out some more, unless you plan to have all of the women in said 'harem' fall under the proposed character archetype ("sugar-mommy" in your words).

If that's the case, you will definitely want to create a few ways to make each of the women distinct, and I'm not just talking looks and tropes here. Give them real depth, and you'll have something that is rarely done in the genre.
