I've taught world-building for many years at conventions, and I'm eager to help those who have questions about it, so just let me know if you do. (because when I help others I get ideas too.)

I didn't see a world-building thread right offhand, so I thought we could make one here. If we do have one, sorry about that. Point it out and I'll delete this. ?

When and where is the best place to add details about the world? My character is a baby and she barely gets information about the world because she’s..a baby. Would it be best to just write it from other characters POV’s, wait til the MC gets older, or add like a chapter dedicated to the world, the characters, and so forth?

Babies obviously cannot grasp everything around them and definitely need help. I like your idea of using other characters' POV because then you can get a comparison as the baby grows up, what they see of the world versus what the child sees, etc. A lot of successful books do this; starting with a very young protagonist who relies on what others perceive in order to get their own perception, then seeing the whole world in their own way later on - and usually with humorous or thought-provoking results. ?

That’s usually what I’ve been going with. Using her families members POV to better drive any points I want to make known. I did make a chap in the very beginning of my story dedicated to the little info she was able to pick up from the people around her.

A lot of anime/manga feature a protagonist that is reincarnated or transported somehow to a time when they are infants or small children. A great idea would be to look at some of these for inspiration, and see how their ideas might mesh with yours. *^^*
