Therapists aren't common in my country so I'm curious.

Alright, so I'll answer what is written here.

You can't.

And it isn't weird.

How do you know a doctor is right for you? Or a teacher? Or a restaurant even? There is no way. Not even reviews do justice.
There used to be a link for a free online therapy session. It's removed now.
Oh, and just know that there is no such thing as free lunch. Free psychology lessons are just fake some guy made using what he believes is true.
