Wisdom of the forum, answer my plea, what does a slime girl produce on a farm.

Since the goth question has been answered, I decided to make a follow up thread for slime girls.

For those that aren't up to date, in short the MC of my hobby work can get livestock contracts and bind creatures to his farm that way, and yes, I know ranch is a more accurate term but " farm " seems to be a trend, ranch isn't.

Anyway, if a creature consents they'll become part of the farm and are affected by the MC's skills, besides that, they get unique benefits from the system that governs the world such as:

Accès to quest and other unique rewards.

In return for this they produce a form of [Produce] something that can be sold to the system shop which the MC has accès to or can be used in other ways (like trading etc).

In the other thread I mentioned the MC using such a contract on a friend (which happened to be a goth). This was done so she could make use of the items effect to get accès to the MC's skills effects. This in turn meant she'd have to start producing something as a side effect.

Long story short I settled on goth milk. Yes, I'm a degenerate, please let me be.

[Goth Milk]
>Small doses relieve extreme forms of pain while giving a light numbing effect.
>Higher doses induce sleep and unconsciousness
>May provide new unique effects when mixed with other livestock ingredients.

Warning: Long-term or frequent use can lead to physical and psychological depen
dence

----

Anyway, now what would a slime ( that's still slime but eventually turns into a slime girl due to a evolutionary path ) produce?

I was thinking about either slime cores (Quality F-E- Etc) would improve if the slime completed quests. Higher tier cores would be worth more and only produce could be sold to the system shop, so normal monster cores/crystals can't provide system coins that way.

Then I started thinking, why not something else? Chapters I've already written hint towards the slime potentially having healing properties (or at least cooling properties) so perhaps it produces a form of magical liquid, a alchemy ingredient or healing potions or whatever.

Or maybe magical orbs? Something that can be used as a magical ingrediënt for random stuff like crafting wands?

I have no idea honestly, so I decided to reach out to the wisdom of the forums once more.

Cores are old-fashioned.

Make the slime produce different kinds of saliva, based on its mood. Keep them happy? Healing salivas. Keep them horny? Good-time-lubes. Angry? Adrenaline shots.

There are no limits; depending on how they are kept on the farm, different types of excretions could be extracted from them.

I saw some anime in which
Slimes could absorb anything like a metal or anything else and make Items from them...like swords or other things

If you went with slime cores, there is a question of how slime cores form in the first place. Are cores formed inside newborn slimes and you would need to slaughter the slimegirls to get to their cores, or are they produced like eggs, and you just have to collect them before they form a new slime?
One product of slimes I saw somewhere, were slime steaks. That is, the body of the slime turning into an edible gelatin-like substance after its separation from the core or the slime's death.

Slimes in my story have a acid like substance, except for the tamed slime. She (yes I'm referring to it in female pronounce), has unlocked a skill/trait that allows her to control the liquid inside of her body and its properties. So slimes generally aren't known as a good food source and I don't plan to turn the ones that reproduce on the farm into that.

If they produce cores or something of the like as a side effect exclusive to [Livestock] since they always produce, a side effect of entering in said contract.

If we go with the extra core idea then the tamed slime would just grow them inside their body and eject them for the MC.

I like this idea as well.

Later down the line I also plan to add a Dryad that produces honey with magical properties. So going for slime excretion would add a lot of liquids to what the MC's farm produce, not that it's a bad thing.

There'll probably be a fairy producing fairy dust and a Goblin producing humanoid goblins (farm hands) down the line as well.
