Why Isn't My Chapter Showing In Updates?

When i look at the latest updates, I don't see the chapter I just posted. I just deleted both chapters of my story and posted a rewritten Chapter 1, could that have anythign to do with it? Are they processing it or something.

That's the reason, yes. It's to prevent spam or something along those lines.

There is a bug, that if you save a chapter as a draft, and published it later, it won't appear in the recent list.

Different. This is a 'feature'. What you're describing would be a genuine bug.

It is a bug because it's not behaving as intended.
Why would someone save it as draft just for the feature of the chapter not getting into the recent list.
If your intention is that, then the "feature" should say "I don't want it to be shown on recent, please" instead of "save draft"

If a saved draft chapter doesn't appear when it's released, then it is a bug. But that is not the thread topic. OP published and deleted the chapters to reupload, which triggered the anti-cheat system, a function of the site.

What you described should be a thread in Bug Reports.

It might not be showing just for you. I did something similar when I posted the fixed up chapters for one of my books and the book showed up on Latest Updated. You might have used the filtering. I had GL filtered and some of my stories were not showing. They did not have GL, but still got filtered. I fixed that, and saw that they did show. I hope that helps you.

if that's your first chapter published, then the story is in the approval process. Takes up to a day
