Who rates all the new stories 5star?

I rated my old work when it had no fan base and removed it later on.
Recently downrated my current work because one 5 star looks odd.

U can only vote one time, but you can change the amount of stars indefinitely.

how to do that change.. ??

I rate every story that I read but I usually rate it after the first few chapters. If I need to change it down the line, I can.
