Who are Cyborg and Cavediver? (Anime Edition)

They were my childhood favourite anime characters all time. Also their cave diving adventure always entertaining so good and that they made me to play Minecraft as miner and dweller. So basically, both of them are over 11 years old and the "Cyborg" is almost like human because he can smell, breather, blink and talk with actual human voice. Not to mention he is another spider boy.

Now Cavediver, she is also who the one made me became miner in Minecraft. Her mining experiences and cave diving experiences made me to go deeper. Also she is good at cooking which is good if she needs food to eat in the long-term cave diving. So..... who are they?
