All right let's get into the nitty gritty of things because if the disembodied voices are from a temporal perspective like a future 20 year old version of myself is talking to my current self.

Then can I use his knowledge to better my own life altering the future, his perspective which means that I can essentially constantly manipulate the fabric of reality to suit my desires. Or is it that he is locked in that future while I benefit from his knowledge.

There is already like 10 voices in my head trying to tell me what to do why would I add more

I have over 456 voices in my head. But I'm fine. The secret is to organize them into a parliamentary system with a house of Commons and Lords. It may delay decision making, but if you give them a day to debate the issue or a nap in which they can mull it over they ussually come to a sound decision. It's good to listen for their many differing perspectives on any issue. You can let them pass laws for common decisions like food preference rankings and effort evaluations for everyday activities. The key is to not let the prime minister brute force all their decisions on the others because they are angry, depressed or some other such bother.
