Which Modern Military equipment would you bring in another world?

Primitive means of flight are the way to go. If you go too high-tech and get it broken then there's no way to fix it without knowing how. But with stuff like Gliders, Ornithopters, or Zeppelins, the principles behind them are easy enough to recreate even if you're a layman.

I guess a fully functional aircraft carrier doesn'T count as "equippment" right? I mean if it chills in a harbour i basically have a fortress with a lot of weapons. Then i chose the Barrett M82 Sniper rifle

It’s the only modern attack helicopter that’s operated by a single crew member. (Pilot controls all weapons, similar to a modern fighter pilot)

It has a coaxial main rotor so it can land and fly even if the entire tail section is destroyed.

A fully decked out bomb bunker/shelter, that has its own generator, weapons, books, food, water, ventilation, kitchen, bedroom, etc. Before I go I also make sure to stock up on entertainment and make sure the computers have a strong Go AI, as many kifu and/or sgf’s downloaded, and has downloaded most of the internet or at least Wikipedia.
