Gotta go with the big-E on dis one. Nirra is a calculative individual that can serve as the perfect leader of her party, only she doesn't chooses to do so. Like the Big E she is innovative and creates her own weapons to use against her enemies. Her enemies of course view those weapons as 'god's judgement' or something like that.

Tzeentch allll the way. Silnarion is super attached to their Deity without purpose and would just be drifting around right now without their attachment disorder’s object of obsession lol. Having “fate” and some sort of destiny would fill that void. They also have a tendency to experience a rollercoaster of emotions and throw away self preservation so it sounds about right
