Depends, but Fivver is usually solid and so is artstation, although I would be going by reccomodations, meaning if you know someone who has a worked with someone before you are probably safest.

I would recommend @pangmida she did a wonderful job with my novel cover and has a bubbly personality as well! Very patient and helpful

Eeeh well vgen is quite big, but they had an ai tracer verified :/ (just as a warning, most people there are cool tho)

Kirke is a somewhat recent site, similar to vgen, just way smaller and less popular

Those two sites are simply easier to navigate and you can find what you want faster using filters (kirke also has a price range)

Tbh you can always tag search in any social media and then pick one that you like the most

It heavily depends on your story and genre.

Many of the people named here have a particular style that I personally really like, but that may be unsuitable for certain genres.

You should really formulate your detailed requirements and describe them in detail, maybe give examples of how you want your cover to look. (Sample covers that you like)

Without that, I don't think any recommendation is really warranted.
