Where can I find a good proofreader for my novels?

Hello everyone, esp those who are interested to give a review on my novel. The first thing I improved on my recent novel was the format, cause it's in a script/play format before. So I took the advice from some of y'all and updated it. Thank you! It's in a standard novel format now, and it kinda appeared pretty decent now compared to the last one.

One way to get proofreaders is to ask your readers. Post an announcement at the beginning of your chapters to ask for beta readers, with the understanding that the proofreader will get to see the chapters a few days earlier than everybody else to proof them and give you feedback. Sometimes, readers will even ask out of the blue... I've had it happen a few times, and it makes me wonder whether my grammar is worse than I like to think it is. Or maybe they just want early chapters. Who knows?
