When you wanted to write a novel that is 200 chapters long, but write 39 chapters instead. But damn, my characters got too good at killing vampires with zombies... I had to end it. 7 days, and 42k words written.
When you realize that you can cut corners and not spend hours making an EPUB, by simply downloading the book from AO3 once it is finished, to dump on DeviantArt...
