Listen to music, that always gives me the will to write. A lot of writers commit the mistake of NEVER trying out music while writing, it is a driving force that allows you to imagine scenarios way better, some might not like it after trying it out, but you should give it a try. Seek fitting tracks for the scenes you're writing and try to write while listening to them

Clearly you're lacking the power of friendship
I am aware that @RisRizRitz was joking, but having a friend, family, or your SO can greatly help. I know because they knew how I thought and what I wanted to write. They connected my dots for me. I believe someone may do that for you too.

Adaptability. Just read novels in that POV for a while and start writing. You’ll most likely imitate the style of what you’ve read, which makes it easier for you to adapt to that POV again.

That's what I usually do, hell I even have multiple playlists for it

I'll try this more often
